Visiting Fellows are registered as full-time research students in the GSAS and must pay tuition (offered at a reduced rate) and fees. Unfortunately, financial aid is not available to Visiting Fellows. Visiting Fellows commonly come from academic institutions, but a number of fellows have also come from the judiciary and other branches of government. Typically, fellows have come from outside the United States and are individuals with extensive experience. Visiting Fellow positions are open to researchers from academia, think tanks and policy institutions, as well as to practitioners from policy and business institutions.
